Clinical Assistant & Front Desk Coordinator – Part-Time
Awaken Chiropractic – Whittlebury
Starting Salary: £12.71/hour (with increase after probation)

Are you a warm, organised, and confident communicator who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment? Awaken Chiropractic is growing, and we’re looking for a part-time Clinical Assistant & Front Desk Coordinator to join our friendly team in Whittlebury. This is a varied role with the opportunity to develop new skills and grow within a health-focused clinic.

Available Shifts:
Tuesday: 2:30pm–7:00pm (Clinical Assistant)
Wednesday: 8:30am–1:00pm & 3:00pm–8:00pm (Front Desk – main cover)
Friday: 9:30am–2:00pm (Clinical Assistant)
There is potential for additional hours in the future as the clinic grows.

About the Role:
This is a dual-role position combining front desk responsibilities with hands-on clinical support. On Wednesdays, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their visit. On Tuesdays and Fridays, you will work directly alongside our Principal Chiropractor and Director, supporting patient examinations and running Insight scans (full training provided), helping to streamline clinic flow and allow more time for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, rescheduling appointments, processing payments, and handling phone calls and queries. Clinical support including assisting with patient examinations, running Insight scans, preparing rooms, and supporting smooth patient flow. Admin and team support including maintaining accurate records and working closely with the wider team.

Training Requirement:
Initial shadowing with a senior team member, and full training provided for all clinical tasks.
