Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join a successful Wealth Management firm.

As a receptionist, this is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the Operations, Client Services, Front Office, and Marketing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and administrative functions while delivering excellent service to clients, advisers, and third parties.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business partners, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. In addition, you will provide administrative support across multiple departments, assisting with client communications, document management, post handling, travel arrangements, and operational processes.
