Full job description

We are looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our busy 5-surgery mixed NHS and private practice. This is a key front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm welcome and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, handling patient enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Previous dental or healthcare reception experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
