We require a clinical receptionist to be part of our exciting optometry practice in beautiful Morningside.

At Rifkind and Brophy, eyecare comes first! We offer the highest level of patient care and service. we have been serving our community since 1966 and have built a reputation for providing world class eyecare .

If you’re interested in being part of a clinical practice dedicated to patient care and a role where you can interact with great patients everyday, this role is for you!

We have an incredibly loyal patient database and operate various clinics which are all usually fully booked. For us, patients come before performance. We do not operate with sales targets.

We are looking for an experienced clinical receptionist who has worked within an optometry practice. You will be the first port of call for practice contact. you will work alongside our supportive and friendly team of experts to ensure our patients book, attend and leave with the perfect solution every time, with a smile on their faces. It will be your job to greet patients in a friendly, welcoming manner. We concentrate on how we make our wonderful patients feel at each visit.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time clinical Receptionist to join us in delivering outstanding patient care. Experience is essential.

You will be an integral part of our team here in morningside.

We are looking for someone who shares our dedication to putting patients first and spending the time needed to go above and beyond.

Equally important to us is the way you interact with patients. Providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service is a must.

Educating others about the benefits of independent eye care is an ongoing challenge and one that we look forward to meeting head-on with you as a part of our team.

About Us

We have a full time independent prescribing optometrist who has further qualifications in glaucoma (nesgat) and medical retina. We focus on clinical optometry.

we have been recognized one of the top 5 independent opticians. in the UK (2021)

Our dispensing optician has over 40 years experience

Our optical assistant has been with us for two years and is responsible for various clinical tasks.

Additional Information:

This role is based over 5 days. monday to friday.

There is no weekend work . we are closed .

Clinical hours are 9.15-17.15

We offer full training on computer system (optix software)

We offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (selected)
