Overview
We are the regions leading Accident Repair Centre / Bodyshop and are looking for a highly organised, office based front of house, to be the first point of contact for our customers.

This is a post to initially cover maternity leave

This pivotal role will involve call handling inbound & outbound, email handling, customer greeting, diary management, data entry and back office administration, in a fast paced and demanding environment.

You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and a high level of attention to detail. Organizational skills & diary management along with an outgoing & friendly personality would be ideal

Previous experience in the motor industry would be advantageous but not essential.

The roll is full time.

This is a diverse role with no two days being the same, so would appeal to a person who thrives on an ever changing environment.

Occasional Saturdays may be required

Duties

  • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage incoming calls using proper phone etiquette, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain appointment schedules for estimates and work
  • Dealing with insurance & accident management companies
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Data entry and back office admin duties
  • Filing and diary management

Experience

  • Previous office and customer facing experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience with an in-house database is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to prioritise and have problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, ever changing environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
