Full job description

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver customer service at the highest level, in the position of Hotel Receptionist. (Front Office Associate)

This unusual opportunity presents its self, with a full time position, for 40 hours per week.

This operation is 24 hours a days and whilst the majority of shifts will be between 7.00am-11.00pm, there will a requirement to work the occasional night shifts when required.

The main responsiblities are:

  • 5* Customer Service
  • To check guests in and out of the hotel
  • To make reservations when required
  • To answer guests queries at the front desk
  • To offer the very best hospitality to our guests
  • Liaise with Housekeeping for guest satisfaction

Key requirements for this role are as follows:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Driven to problem solve and use own initiative
  • Proven IT/systems skills and experience
