Full-Time Receptionist Position

Location: Northwich

Duration: ASAP -September 2026 (with potential for extension)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Position Type: Full-time, temporary with permanent possibilities

We are seeking a professional and welcoming receptionist to join a Primary School in Northwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact in an educational environment while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors
  • Handle multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
  • Manage student sign-ins/sign-outs and maintain visitor logs
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Support the main office with general clerical duties
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive student and staff information
