School Receptionist, Smeeth, Kent.

Salary: £17,349.15 to £17,949.75 plus annual leave at 21 days. per annum plus holiday pay.

35 hours per week (8.30am to 4pm each week day, ½ hour lunch break unpaid)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The school is currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated Receptionist to assist in the meeting & greeting of visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to queries. You will interact on a daily basis with professionals from across the organisation and external agencies including Local Authorities, Ofsted and Student’s families.

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of literacy and numeracy skills, be able to evidence previous office experience and have a good understanding of ICT systems.

You will be in regular contact with the students, so it is vital that you are comfortable around young people from 5 to 18 years old and have a good sense of humour.
