As our client Customer Service Agent, you will sit in between the Clinic Director and Clinic Management team to deliver a world Class Client experience. Because you will be in charge of brining Patients into Clinic, your PRIMARY job is to make our patients comfortable, engaged and considered our priority and as such, we’re looking for someone with the ability to fill what is possibly the most important role in our company.

Communication is critical to the role's success, as we operate across multiple platforms, to stay in touch with our Client base and to ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to bookings, and to that first visit into Clinic with a follow up of continued care thereafter.

You will develop a strong relationship with our ever-expanding client base providing support and ultimately keeping our retention rates high. You must be comfortable with talking to strangers on the phone both in person and on the phone as well as a self-starter.

Being “organised” should be a top priority in your life and you must be able to multi-task and prioritise bookings and clients, while simultaneously meeting deadlines and prioritising your tasks.
