Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient in various office software. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career within a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Greeting visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls with proper etiquette
- Managing incoming correspondence, emails, and enquiries
- Organising appointments and maintaining schedules for staff and management
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, and general clerical tasks to support daily operations
- Assisting with invoicing, billing, and other financial documentation as required
- Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
- Supporting other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth office functioning
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Good telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is essential
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
