As a rapidly growing company, we're looking for professional Personal Assistants with a natural flair for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone. We work hard to offer our clients genuine Value and Transparency—they can even listen to recordings of our PAs handling calls on their behalf.

In recent years, we’ve expanded our services to include Live Chat management, and we’re eager to grow this area alongside our established telephone answering service.

About the Role

No two days are the same—you’ll often be answering over 100 calls a day. You’ll provide a helpful, friendly service, taking clear, high-quality messages which are instantly shared with our clients via our system.

What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • A natural ability to build rapport quickly
  • A friendly, professional telephone manner
  • Good computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude

Hours of Work:
30hours per week, Monday to Friday Discussed at interview . Weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) are required on a rotating basis.
