Part-Time Receptionist / GDC Registered Dental Nurse

Location: Hampstead, London

Hourly rate of pay: £17

We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join our team in Hampstead on a part-time basis - Mon, Tue, Fri and 1-2 Sat/month

This is a dual-role position, combining dental nursing and reception responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys both patient care and the administrative side of a dental practice.

Working days:

  • Monday
  • Tuesday
  • Friday
  • 1–2 Saturdays per month

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing chairside assistance and general dental nursing duties
  • Preparing surgeries and maintaining high standards of infection control
  • Supporting clinicians during patient treatment
  • Ensuring instruments and equipment are appropriately prepared and maintained
  • Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional front-of-house experience
  • Managing appointments, telephone calls and patient enquiries
  • Processing payments and assisting with general reception administration
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
  • Carrying out other general nursing and reception duties as required

The ideal candidate will be:

  • GDC registered and appropriately qualified as a Dental Nurse
  • Experienced in both dental nursing and reception/front-of-house duties
  • Friendly, confident and professional with excellent communication skills
  • Well organised, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Patient-focused with a positive and approachable manner

Location: Hampstead, London
Position: Part-time
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday + 1–2 Saturdays per month
