This role is for: COCO Dental Colindale, London NW9 5WU

Base salary + commission and bonus scheme

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in the smooth running of our practice.

This is a front desk role with a real career edge. Alongside running reception, you will support patients through their treatment journey, from the first enquiry to signing off their plan. You are not selling. The dentists diagnose and prescribe. Your job is to be the friendly, trusted person who explains options, answers questions, removes barriers and helps patients say yes to the treatment they actually want.

And when they do say yes, you earn. We pay commission and bonuses on treatment plan conversions on top of your salary, so the better you are with patients, the more you take home. Our top private treatments include Invisalign, implants and Same-Day Teeth, so there is genuine earning potential here.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the front desk, diary and daily practice flow
  • Providing an exceptional patient experience and being a trusted point of contact
  • Supporting patients through their treatment journey and coordinating treatment plans
  • Presenting and explaining treatment options clearly, with full support from our clinical team
  • Following up enquiries and treatment plans to help patients move forward with care
  • Managing patient data, records and administration accurately
  • Supporting CQC compliance and maintaining high operational standards
  • Working closely with dentists, nurses and the wider team to ensure seamless patient journeys
  • Managing enquiries, recalls, follow-ups and referrals
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, patient experience and practice performance
  • Taking ownership, using initiative and helping the practice continuously improve

What You Get

  • Base salary plus commission and bonus on treatment conversions - your earnings grow with your performance
  • Full training and support on treatment coordination - you will never be left to figure it out alone
  • Work alongside an experienced and supportive dental team
  • Develop your skills across treatment coordination, patient experience and practice operations
  • Be part of a fast-paced, tech-savvy and ambitious environment
  • Real opportunities to grow and take ownership
  • Join a close-knit team with 500+ five-star reviews
