Full job description

Job Overview:
Myodental is a well established, state of the art dental practice based in the heart of Weybridge, Surrey. We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in the front office. If you have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails and enquiries from patients
- Collect patient information and update electronic health records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with billing and financial transactions

Requirements:

- Dental experience required, preferably with Dentally

- Excellent IT skills

- Excellent presentation and time keeping

- Excellent people skills and ability to manage challenging situations

- Ability to multitask as well as able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Desire to learn and improve

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred but not required

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Part time -

3 days - Monday - Wednesday

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
