Dental Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator

Pembridge Dental – Notting Hill, London W8

About Us

Pembridge Dental is a long-established, independent private dental practice located in the heart of Notting Hill, West London. Established in 1986, we have built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming, modern environment.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest standard of dentistry, offering treatments including general and cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, dental implants, facial aesthetics and preventive care. As an independent practice, we have the freedom to spend quality time with our patients and provide the level of care they deserve.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and highly organised Dental Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator to join our friendly team.

This is an exciting role combining front-of-house reception with marketing and social media. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to create an outstanding patient experience while also assisting in growing our online presence and working closely with our external marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients with a warm, friendly and professional manner.
  • Managing appointments, telephone calls and emails.
  • Delivering an exceptional patient experience from first contact through to completion of treatment.
  • Using Dentally practice management software (experience preferred but training can be provided).
  • Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Assisting with photography, videos and social media campaigns.
  • Liaising with our marketing agency to help grow the practice.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception.
  • Working closely with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient care.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent spoken and written English, with clear, confident and professional communication skills.
  • Is naturally warm, welcoming and enjoys working with people.
  • Has previous reception, hospitality, healthcare or customer service experience.
  • Is confident using social media platforms and enjoys creating engaging content.
  • Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Is proactive, reliable and works well as part of a team.
  • Is smart, professional and well presented.
  • Experience with Dentally is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous dental experience is an advantage but not essential.

Applicants who are GDC registered, or willing to become GDC registered in the future, may be eligible for higher rates of pay depending on experience and responsibilities.
