Overview
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Dental Nurse/ Receptionist to join our well-established mixed NHS and private dental practice in Needham Market, Ipswich Suufolk IP6 8DH

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and experienced team providing high-quality patient care in a modern and welcoming environment.

About the Role

  • Full-time / Part-time position available

  • GDC registration preferred (or trainee dental nurses enrolled on an approved course may be considered)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists
  • Preparing and maintaining clinical areas
  • Ensuring compliance with HTM 01-05 and infection control protocols
  • Decontamination and sterilisation of instruments
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Assisting with stock control and ordering
  • Providing excellent patient care and support

The Ideal Candidate

  • GDC registered Dental Nurse preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and strong team-working abilities
  • Reliable, organised and professional
  • Experience with SOE/Exact software would be advantageous, although not essential
