Full job description

The Private GP Clinic is looking for a part-time Receptionist to work at our busy clinic in Reigate. Duties include checking in patients, processing payments, daily clinic checks, answering telephone calls and dealing with emails. Anticipated work schedule would be every Wednesday 08:00-16:00, every Friday 13:30-16:30 and 3 Saturdays in 4 from 08:30-13:30.

This is an exciting time to be joining Private GP Clinic (CEDA Healthcare) as we continue to grow and we are looking for staff who have a flexible working attitude.

We offer a wide range of private treatments and have an excellent reputation for clinical excellence and we need our Receptionists to demonstrate the same standards of excellence.

Ideally, we are looking for experience in a similar serviced based profession such as dentistry, optics, hospitality or similar. We will, however, be willing to train someone with the right aptitude and attitude from the hospitality and travel industries (or similar).
