Join our busy friendly Orthodontic Practice as a Trainee Dental Nurse and Receptionist, where you'll embark on an exciting journey into the world of dental care and patient service. Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with their check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth reception experience
  • Support dental practitioners during procedures by preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing equipment in accordance with standards
  • Provide excellent patient care by offering information, reassurance, and answering questions about treatments and appointments
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using IT systems to optimize the practice’s daily operations
  • Maintain accurate patient records, update treatment notes, and handle administrative tasks with attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with patients and team members to coordinate care and ensure everyone is well-informed
  • Assist with general reception duties such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing files
