LAFFAN DENTAL CARE are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our busy dental team! DENTAL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and is eager to contribute to a positive patient experience. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in welcoming patients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a warm and efficient atmosphere for both patients and staff alike. Dental Experience ESSENTIAL . We use DENTALLY software ,experience an advantage but not essential

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments with precision and care.
  • Handle all incoming calls promptly, providing clear information and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, update personal information, and manage appointment logs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, billing, insurance processing, and payment collection.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow and smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all health and safety protocols at all times.

Experience

  • PREVIOUS DENTAL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional in all interactions.
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office or practice management systems.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
