Location: Star Garage Burntwood Ltd.

Position: Full-Time Workshop Receptionist

Due to our continued success and growth, we are excited to announce an opening for a full-time Workshop Receptionist. Join our 43-year-old business and become a part of our longstanding tradition of excellent service.

Previous Motor trade administration experience preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and manage the workshop calendar
  • Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Use computer systems to input data and manage customer information

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic administrative and computer competency
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Training: Full training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to succeed in your role.

Working Hours: 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday with additional hours available on Saturdays.
