Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support within our legal team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing documentation, correspondence, and scheduling, ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes. Responsibilities
- Drafting, editing, and formatting legal documents using Microsoft Word and other Office applications
- Managing and maintaining case files, records, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Performing audio typing of legal transcripts, dictations, and notes with high accuracy
- Organising appointments, meetings, and court dates using Microsoft Outlook
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports via Microsoft PowerPoint
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence professionally, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Supporting the legal team with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations
