Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational skills and attention to detail are highly valued. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication abilities, proficiency in office software, and experience in administrative roles.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer queries with professionalism and courtesy, managing enquiries efficiently
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately into systems such as Rezlynx and other databases
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and postal deliveries in a timely manner
  • Assist with general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and preparing documents
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations

Experience

  • Previous office experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with data entry and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy is desirable
  • Clerical experience that highlights attention to detail and efficiency in handling multiple responsibilities
