What we do

Every week we send hundreds of parcels of seafood to home's across the country. From fresh fish landed in Brixham to oysters farmed in Ireland.

Our online service allows customers to enjoy seafood at home. From BBQ's to Christmas parties we have seafood for every occasion.

Overview
The ideal candidate will possess strong passion for delivering exceptional service. The Online Customer Service Specialist will play a crucial role in analysing customer feedback and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day customer service
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement improvements for customer engagement
  • Oversee customer loyalty program to increase customer retention
  • Oversee customer repeat order program to increase customer retention
  • Being the voice of the customer within the business
  • Liaising with other departments to obtain relevant information to relay to the team and customers
  • Produce weekly statistics for management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of service quality
  • Responsible for overseeing general office duties

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong ecommerce knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to improve service delivery
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • I.T proficient. Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word are essential.
  • Gorgias , Recharge, Leat and Microsoft NAV would be an advantage

Key Skills

Good Communication Skills, Confident speaking to customers, Customer Service experience, Problem Solver, Analytical, Accurate Record Keeping, Knowledge of seafood (not essential but would be an advantage)
