We are currently recruiting Support Workers to support individuals living across the Glasgow and North Lanarkshire Area.

What we need from you:
- Passionate about making a positive impact
- Open to learning and new challenges
- Willing to complete online and in-person training
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- PVG Scheme registration (or willing to join)
- Ready to register with the SSSC
- At least 6 month UK care experience
Duties of an Addiction & Homelessness Support Worker:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the experiences and outcomes of people affected by homelessness, addiction, and complex mental health needs.
You will provide both emotional and practical support, empowering individuals to move towards safe and stable accommodation and access the services they need to live safer, healthier, and more independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build honest, open, and trusting relationships with individuals
- Deliver person-centred emotional and practical support
- Promote independence and empower individuals to shape their own care and support plans
- Work respectfully and inclusively with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences
- Carry out additional duties as directed by the Service Lead

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
