Join Our Growing Team

Yorhealth is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruiter to join our growing Complex Care division based in Nottingham NG15.

As we continue to expand, recruitment is central to our mission of delivering exceptional care. We're looking for someone who is passionate about finding great people, building strong relationships, and supporting the growth of our Complex Care services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full recruitment process from advert to onboarding
  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for Complex Care roles
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Managing recruitment activity through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensuring all compliance and safer recruitment checks are completed
  • Working closely with operational teams to understand staffing requirements
  • Delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous recruitment experience
  • Ideally has experience recruiting within Social Care, Healthcare or Complex Care services
  • Is comfortable managing multiple vacancies and priorities
  • Has experience using an ATS to manage recruitment pipelines
  • Is organised, proactive and able to work independently
  • Shares our values of kindness, respect and excellence
