Role: Internal Recruiter

Hours: 36.5

Days: Mon-Fri

Salary: Up to £35K p.a.

As an Internal Recruiter, you’ll manage a high‑volume portfolio of vacancies across a range of technical, operational, and professional functions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, guiding them through every stage of the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

What you need to know about the role

· Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns for multiple business areas, taking full ownership of delivery. Including, but not limited to, scoping campaigns, advertisement, screening and sifting candidates, supporting with interviews on occasion, candidate communication, offer and onboarding.

· Build trusted relationships with site leaders, recruiting managers, and HR colleagues, as a recruitment subject‑matter expert.

· Advise managers on role design, skills availability, pay benchmarking, and attraction challenges specific to our market.

· Deliver a professional, transparent candidate experience that reflects the organisation’s safety, values, and employee‑first culture.

· Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and partnership development.

· Ensure best practice, compliance and consistency across all recruitment activity.

· Contribute to recruitment metrics (time to hire, campaign performance, source quality) and use insight to improve hiring outcomes.

· Support innovative attraction strategies and employer brand initiatives.

What we need to know about you

· Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment within technical, operational and functional environments.

· Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

· A track record of delivering consistently high customer service for all stakeholders

· Excellent organisational and time management abilities

· Proficiency with ATS platforms and Excel for tracking and reporting (iTrent/MHR would be an advantage)

· The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Enjoys the challenge of identifying and securing candidates
