The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
- Manage and grow your own education recruitment desk (Primary, Secondary, SEN or Support Staff).
- Build strong relationships with MAT leaders, school SLTs, and high‑quality candidates.
- Leverage our GCA framework status to open new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Deliver a compliant, ethical, and high‑quality service aligned with sector standards.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the wider growth of the business.

- Proven experience in education recruitment (or a similar fast‑paced recruitment sector).
- A track record of billing success and relationship‑building.
