Onsite Recruitment Account Manager

Role:
As an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager, you will be the linchpin in managing candidates for a high-volume staffing environment. Your expertise will be crucial in steering the hiring process, ensuring the seamless delivery of staffing solutions that meet the client's evolving needs. Your role will involve nurturing client relationships, analysing recruitment metrics, and leading a dedicated team to achieve exceptional results. There will be no requirement to recruit from the onsite - all recruitment will be undertaken by the supporting branches.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in recruitment, with a focus on high-volume staffing
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing an onsite team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices
