Full job description

CT19 Life Sciences connects world-class talent with the companies building the future of healthcare. We're hiring a Recruitment Consultant to recruit AI/ML and data science talent across precision health, diagnostics and applied AI, working US, European and UK markets.

You'll work alongside a Principal Consultant with nine years' experience in this market - a genuine learning seat where you'll be mentored closely while building your own desk and client relationships.

The focus is the computational, data-driven side of healthcare (machine learning engineers, data scientists, computational biologists, software specialists) rather than lab-based roles.

What you'll do:

  • Source and engage high-calibre AI/ML and data science candidates
  • Build talent pipelines and map specialist technical markets
  • Manage candidates end-to-end, from qualifying through to offer
  • Develop client relationships across the US, Europe and the UK

What we're looking for:

  • Drive, curiosity and a genuine appetite to learn recruitment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence with specialist candidates
  • Resilience, organisation and consistency
  • An interest in AI/ML, healthcare or scientific innovation
  • Recruitment or sales experience welcome but not essential — attitude matters most

What we offer:

  • £26,000–£28,000 basic + £15,600 commission (Year One OTE £41,600–£43,600)
  • A genuinely rewarding commission structure — on average, consultants earn around 43% of what they bill, significantly higher than the industry average
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in our Camberley office (GU15 3YL), 2 days remote
  • Contractual half-day Fridays
  • Mintago employee benefits scheme
  • Enhanced maternity & paternity

CT19 Life Sciences is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.

Pay: £26,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Additional leave
  • Casual dress
  • Company events
  • Company pension
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee discount
  • Free parking
  • On-site parking
  • Work from home

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Camberley GU15 3YL
