The Role
We are looking to recruit a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the recruitment of non-clinical professionals into NHS organisations and private healthcare providers nationwide.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and develop relationships with healthcare organisations while sourcing high-quality candidates for a variety of business support and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities through proactive calls, networking and client meetings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with NHS trusts, healthcare organisations and private healthcare providers
- Negotiating terms of business and securing new recruitment partnerships
- Managing a hybrid desk of temporary and permanent vacancies
- Recruiting for a range of non-clinical healthcare positions, including administration, reception, HR, finance, procurement, estates and facilities, IT, customer service and operational support roles
- Registering, screening and interviewing potential candidates
- Advertising vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms
- Conducting CV searches and proactively sourcing candidates for active vacancies
- Managing candidate compliance and pre-employment checks
- Maintaining accurate records on the internal CRM/database
- Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process
- Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates
Experience Required
- At least two years' experience in recruitment or sales
- Experience working within a target-driven environment
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous healthcare recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential
Hours
8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Thursday
8:30am – 5:00pm Friday
