The Role

We are looking to recruit a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the recruitment of non-clinical professionals into NHS organisations and private healthcare providers nationwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and develop relationships with healthcare organisations while sourcing high-quality candidates for a variety of business support and operational roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new business opportunities through proactive calls, networking and client meetings
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with NHS trusts, healthcare organisations and private healthcare providers
  • Negotiating terms of business and securing new recruitment partnerships
  • Managing a hybrid desk of temporary and permanent vacancies
  • Recruiting for a range of non-clinical healthcare positions, including administration, reception, HR, finance, procurement, estates and facilities, IT, customer service and operational support roles
  • Registering, screening and interviewing potential candidates
  • Advertising vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms
  • Conducting CV searches and proactively sourcing candidates for active vacancies
  • Managing candidate compliance and pre-employment checks
  • Maintaining accurate records on the internal CRM/database
  • Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process
  • Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates

Experience Required

  • At least two years' experience in recruitment or sales
  • Experience working within a target-driven environment
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous healthcare recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential

Hours

8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Thursday
8:30am – 5:00pm Friday
