About Clear Cycle IT

Clear Cycle IT is a growing IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and technology recycling company that helps businesses securely dispose of unwanted IT equipment. We provide secure data destruction, IT recycling, refurbishment, and asset recovery services to organisations across the UK.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for confident and motivated Business Development Executives to help introduce our services to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

The Role

You will be responsible for contacting businesses from targeted prospect lists provided by the company and speaking with key decision makers regarding their surplus IT equipment and secure disposal requirements.

Your goal will be to identify opportunities, build trust, educate businesses about our services, and arrange collections or appointments for our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact businesses from company-provided prospect lists.
  • Speak confidently with IT Managers, Operations Managers, Facilities Managers, Procurement Teams, and Business Owners.
  • Introduce Clear Cycle IT's recycling, refurbishment, and data destruction services.
  • Identify businesses with unwanted or redundant IT equipment.
  • Build trust and credibility by explaining our secure data destruction processes.
  • Generate qualified leads and collection opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
  • Meet individual and team targets.

RequirementsEssential

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Confidence speaking with senior decision makers.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
  • Experience selling B2B services.
  • Knowledge of IT equipment, technology, or recycling industries, desirable but not essential
