At Viridian Nutrition, we help people to better health with effective, ethical and pure supplements. We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Assistant to join our friendly and busy Marketing team at our Daventry headquarters.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing team, the Campaign Marketing Assistant will play an important role in supporting our marketing campaigns and exciting new product launches, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

This is a varied, fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, has excellent attention to detail and loves working with people across different teams.

As our Campaigns Marketing Assistant, you will:

• Support the coordination of new product launches and marketing campaigns, tracking progress and keeping plans and checklists up to date.
• Help maintain product information, price lists, catalogues and marketing materials, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate product assets and information for retailers, websites and internal teams.
• Assist with website updates and the administration of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the creation and distribution of point-of-sale materials and retailer marketing toolkits.
• Liaise with retailers, suppliers and colleagues across the business to ensure effective communication and smooth delivery of campaigns.
• Help organise company events, exhibitions and trade shows, attending events when required.
• Coordinate the dispatch of product samples, promotional packs, gifts and campaign materials.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and reports using Excel and internal systems.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team, responding to enquiries and helping to keep everything running efficiently.

About You

We're looking for someone who is positive, organised and enthusiastic, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to get stuck in!

Ideally, you'll have:

• At least two years' experience in marketing or a marketing-related degree.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Good attention to detail and a logical, methodical approach to your work.
• A proactive, adaptable attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Great teamwork skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
• Experience using Adobe or Canva would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
• An interest in learning new systems, developing new skills and growing your marketing knowledge.
