Monday to Friday - 15 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Part Time Cleaner to join our team at Napton School.
As a valued member of our support staff team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the school, helping to create a positive learning environment where our pupils can thrive.
What you’ll be doing as a Part Time Cleaner:
- Ensuring the school is cleaned to the highest standards.
- Ensuring that the agreed standards and targets are maintained
- Clean and sanitise classrooms, corridors, dining areas, and toilets as required.
- Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling guidelines are followed.
- Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to the relevant staff.

- Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a school or similar environment.
- A good understanding of cleaning standards

Who are we?
Opened in 2008, Napton School (formally, Arc School Napton) offer primary provision in a small school setting within the lovely Warwickshire countryside. Learning by stage, not age, our pupils are placed in classes that will allow them to effectively access learning which is delivered in the most appropriate way for their needs. Pupils of all primary ages are welcome and we have an area of the school set up for those pupils in the EYFS or KS1 age groups, this is staffed with adults who have extensive experience supporting pupils in the younger age ranges.
Napton School is part of Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). These include autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
