Salary: £15.00 – £18.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Booths is entering an exciting new phase of growth, with increased site activity, major investment across operations, and new machinery arriving on site. We’re looking for experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Operators to join our expanding quarry and waste operations team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating Dozers and Excavators safely and efficiently
Managing stockpiles and material movement across site
Supporting daily production targets and operational activities
Carrying out daily machine inspections and reporting defects
Maintaining high Health & Safety standards at all times
Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
Supporting wider site operations where required

Depending on site requirements, you may also operate:
Dumpers
Rollers

Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced operators with proven Dozer and Excavator experience
Relevant plant tickets and certifications
Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures
Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude
Team players who can also work independently when needed

Desirable Experience:

360 excavator
Dumper and/or Roller operation
Experience within quarry, waste, recycling, aggregates or similar heavy industrial environments
