Job Summary
We are seeking diligent and reliable Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a school enviroment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior cleaning experience Successful applicants will be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to ensure a spotless environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces
  • Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and efficiently
  • Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
  • Restock consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
  • Follow specific client instructions regarding cleaning protocols and special requests
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • Assist with specialised cleaning tasks in commercial or hospitality settings as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members
