We're looking for a Social Media Producer to capture the energy, innovation and passion that powers our team, creating world-class content that connects millions of fans across the globe both on and off the track.

Purpose:

• The Social Media Producer will be responsible for the production of high quality, trending social first content specific to the best practices of the Red Bull Technology Group.

• This role will be dedicated to the production and delivery of social first content for publishing across our social media channels across F1 and wider business entities
  

Accountabilities:

• Produce high quality, social first short form content for F1 and wider business activations.

• Take responsibility for social first content from concept through delivery, ensuring formats are designed specifically for social platforms and audience behaviours.

• Act as a conduit between the production and social teams, aligning creative intent, social requirements and delivery timelines.

• Ideate, develop and own repeatable social content strands delivered trackside and at the factory, including challenge or series based formats.

• Produce a range of short form social content, including trend led formats, reactive pieces, reels and transitions (Independently or working in tandem with the social editor).

• Lead and contribute to creative ideation and development of social first concepts to maximise engagement, reach and impact.

• Work with the creative production team to plan, produce and deliver suites of bespoke social assets that maximise engagement and clickthrough in support of long form content strands.

• Work with the Production Manager to plan ahead and book video and edit resource in advance where required.

• Identify emerging social content trends and apply them to practical, producible social formats.

• Deliver social first content against fast moving timelines, capturing opportunities in real time.

• Repurpose and reactivate archive material to create relevant, always on social content.

• Prepare and supply social first assets for use by internal teams, partners and external collaborators.

• Support creator and talent collaborations by shaping social first outputs and formats.

• Implement creative feedback and review notes as part of an efficient production workflow.

• Travel internationally as required to support the production and delivery of any and all social, content, and production projects around events.
