Job Role

You’ll dive straight into the financial services industry with real responsibilities that might include:

  • Working with advisers to create advice: Learn the knowledge and understanding of financial advice by reading policy information & create the document our adviser will use to present to the client with a summary of their overall advice
  • Create Suitability Report Documents: Review & ensure advice given is correct by creating a suitability report that will then be sent to the client, with an overview of the advice they have agreed to, including advantages & disadvantages to that advice.
  • Communicate internally & externally: Certain decisions will be communicated within the business across different teams or in some cases, needing communicated externally, whether it is to clients or other product providers.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients: Handle incoming calls and queries professionally, providing a warm, helpful experience that reflects our commitment to excellent client service.
  • Organise adviser schedules: Work closely with advisers to manage their appointments and calendars, ensuring their time is used efficiently and clients are seen promptly.
  • Deliver outstanding service: Take ownership of the client journey by helping coordinate communication and support, ensuring every client receives a smooth and high-quality experience.

This role will give you a comprehensive view of the industry, setting the stage for a thriving career.

Education Scheme:

Qualification : Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning

We’ll support you in passing the following financial services exams:

R01: Financial Services, Regulation & Ethics

R02: Investment Principles & Risk

R03: Personal Taxation

R04: Pensions & Retirement Planning

R05: Financial Protection

R06: Financial Planning Practice.

You’ll dive straight into the financial services industry with real responsibilities, including:
