Full job description

We have a vacancy at our spa at the Radisson Blu in Edinburgh for a spa manager. This role would involve managing our 3 treatment rooms and a small team of up to 8. The position involves carrying out reception duties, managing the team & admin and assisting with treatments at busy periods/to cover sickness/absence when required.

Candidates should have considerable spa or spa or salon experience (ideally a minimum of 4 years) along with some supervisory experience but candidates with other industry customer facing roles will be considered.

Experience of Elemis, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology would be an advantage.

Salary quoted is the basic salary but alongside that you would be eligible for commission on retail sales, tips and a monthly bonus of up to £400, free staff treatments, company pension scheme and exceptional training & development opportunities.
