Spa Therapist – Join Our Lovely Team

We are looking for a professional, friendly and passionate Spa Therapist to join our beautiful wellbeing spa in North Scarle.

We are a welcoming and supportive team who genuinely put our clients’ needs at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, relaxing environment where clients feel cared for and therapists can enjoy their work.

We also have our own in-house training academy, providing opportunities to develop your skills, learn new treatments and continue your professional development.

The Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver a range of high-quality treatments while providing a warm, professional and personalised experience for every client.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing a variety of spa treatments, including massage, facials, body treatments and specialised therapies, tailored to individual client needs
• Providing professional wellbeing advice and appropriate product recommendations
• Building genuine rapport with clients and understanding their individual needs and preferences
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and equipment
• Ensuring all treatments are delivered safely and professionally, in line with health and safety requirements
• Recommending suitable skincare and wellbeing products where appropriate
• Supporting the wider team to maintain consistently high standards of client care and service

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, warm and professional, with a genuine passion for helping people feel their best
• Experienced in delivering a variety of spa treatments, including massage, facial and body therapies
• Confident communicating with clients and able to understand their individual needs
• Organised and able to manage their time effectively during busy periods
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
• A positive team player who enjoys working as part of a supportive team
• Keen to learn and develop their skills through additional training

Qualifications

Essential:

• Level 3 Body Massage qualification or equivalent

Desirable:

• Additional qualifications or experience in treatments such as reflexology, aromatherapy, specialist skincare or Reiki

We are happy to provide additional training where required and are committed to helping our therapists develop their skills and confidence.

Proposed Working Hours

Our hours operate on a four-week rota:

Week 1

• Monday: 10am–5pm
• Tuesday: 10am–5pm
• Thursday: 12pm–8pm

Week 2

• Monday: 10am–5pm
• Tuesday: 10am–5pm
• Thursday: 12pm–8pm
• Saturday: 10am–5pm
• Sunday: 10am–5pm

Week 3

• Monday: 10am–5pm
• Thursday: 12pm–8pm

Week 4

• Monday: 10am–5pm
• Thursday: 12pm–8pm
• Saturday: 10am–5pm
• Sunday: 10am–5pm

The above hours are based on our four-week rota. There may be some flexibility around hours for the right candidate, so please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
