We are seeking a passionate and experienced Massage Therapist (on Self Employed basis) to join our team in Enfield, EN1.

Skills and Attributes Required:

• Proficiency in high quality massage is essential (deep tissue and Swedish are preferred). BTEC/NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (Ofqual qualifications).
• Experience in reflexology and maternity massage is desirable
• Prior experience working with clients and providing treatments
• Ability to understand spa performance metrics and contribute to achieving targets
• We are looking for an excellent communicator. You should be able to effortlessly handle daily tasks such as consulting with clients, managing bookings, and delivering exceptional treatments to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our customers.

Other Requirements:

• Available for a minimum of 12 hours per week (we are open to discussing which days you prefer)
• Must have legal right to work in the UK
• Proficient in English for professional communication
• Therapists work on a self-employed basis. We will require therapists to be personally insured and a member of an exempt body
• This position is subject to background and DBS checks

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide short and long massage therapy sessions
• Deliver tailored sessions based on customer needs
• Advocate the health and wellness benefits of routine massage therapy
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout the spa
