We are looking for experienced, professional Massage Therapists who are passionate about helping clients feel their best.

Essential Requirements

• Recognised Level 3 Massage Therapy qualification (VTCT, ITEC, City & Guilds or equivalent), or a recognised Sports Massage Therapy qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on massage experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional and well-presented.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and/or Sundays.
• A genuine passion for health, wellness and massage therapy.

You should be confident delivering at least two of the following treatments:

• Swedish Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Sports Massage
• Reflexology

Additional massage modalities and wellness treatments are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional 30, 45, 60 and 90-minute massage treatments.
• Treat a varied clientele including professionals, sports enthusiasts, individuals managing muscular tension, and clients seeking relaxation and wellbeing.
• Tailor each treatment to the client’s individual needs.
• Provide a five-star customer experience from start to finish.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings.
• Deliver such an exceptional experience that clients return regularly and confidently recommend Bliss Beaconsfield to family and friends.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Clean and prepare the treatment room after every client.
• Work as part of a supportive and professional team.

Please note this is a self-employed role.

Applicants must:

• Hold appropriate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance for the treatments you provide.
• Be a member of a recognised professional body (or be willing to obtain membership before starting).

We can assist successful applicants in obtaining any outstanding documentation required before commencing treatments, to ensure you meet the legal requirements to practise as a self-employed massage therapist in the UK.
