The Role

As part of the Cottesmore Beauty team, you will deliver a high standard of treatments while building strong client relationships and providing exceptional customer care. You will take pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for every guest while confidently promoting treatments, products and ongoing wellness journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional beauty and spa treatments to a high standard
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalised client care
• Build and maintain a loyal regular client base
• Promote salon offers, retail products and treatment upgrades
• Rebook clients and maximise appointment opportunities
• Carry out professional consultations and aftercare advice
• Maintain excellent hygiene, presentation and treatment standards
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism and a positive attitude at all times

Skills & Experience Required

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) essential
• Massage qualification essential
• Reflexology training preferred but not essential
• Minimum 1 year salon experience required
• Experience using Shortcuts booking system preferred
• Ideally trained in Elemis products and treatments
• Strong experience in:
• Gel nails
• Massage
• Intimate waxing
• Confident in retail sales and client recommendations
• Flexible approach to weekly rota and weekend working
