Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate famale Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various massage techniques and possess a solid knowledge of human anatomy. This role requires the ability to create a relaxing environment for clients while addressing their individual needs through tailored massage treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Sports massage, deep tissue, and reflexology , ensuring each treatment is customised to the client’s requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are hygienic and well-stocked.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend self-care practices to enhance their wellness journey.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Skills

Qualification VTCT, ITEC Level 3 in massage therapy, Level 4 in Sports Massage Or any relevant

• Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, enabling effective treatment planning.
• Proficiency in various massage modalities with the ability to adapt techniques based on client feedback.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely appointments while providing quality care.
