We provide personalised complementary therapies, including clinical herbal medicine, reflexology, aromatherapy, therapeutic massage and other holistic treatments.

We are expanding our services and seeking an experienced, qualified and client-focused Complementary & Massage Therapist to join our growing clinic.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for a therapist seeking flexible treatment availability without the responsibility of sourcing their own clients or managing an independent treatment premises.

About the Opportunity

EHT Clinics will provide clients, a fully equipped treatment room, appointment booking, payment processing and marketing support.

The successful therapist will deliver professional, high-quality treatments under the EHT Clinics brand, maintaining excellent standards of client care, safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional Thai Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy Massage treatments within your qualifications and competence.
• Conduct client consultations, assess contraindications and obtain informed consent.
• Tailor treatments to individual client needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client treatment records.
• Provide appropriate aftercare and general wellbeing advice.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and welcoming treatment environment.
• Work collaboratively with the clinic team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support client retention.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

• Recognised qualification in massage therapy or a relevant complementary therapy.
• Practical experience in Thai Massage, Reflexology or Aromatherapy Massage.
• Good knowledge of client safety, contraindications and professional treatment standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable and client-focused approach.
• Appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance in place before commencing treatments.

Desirable:

• Competence across all three therapies.
• Experience in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage or other complementary bodywork.
• Membership of a recognised professional association, such as FHT or CThA.
• Previous experience working in a holistic clinic, wellness centre or spa.

Commission and Working Arrangement

This is a proposed commission-based practitioner arrangement rather than a fixed-salary position.

EHT Clinics retains 60% of eligible treatment revenue to support client acquisition, clinic facilities, marketing and administration. The therapist receives 40%.

For example, a £70 treatment generates £28 therapist commission, before any applicable deductions specified in the final agreement.

Working availability will be mutually agreed, and appointment volumes are not guaranteed.

The final contractual arrangement will be confirmed following an appropriate UK employment-status assessment.
