As an Urban pro, you'll connect with thousands of clients looking for massage therapy in and around Birmingham and Coventry. You set your own working hours and choose when and where you want to work. We’ll support you every step of the way - from marketing and secure payments to safety and client support. If a client cancels, we’ll cover your fee.

To become an Urban pro, you’ll need to:

• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Massage
• Be passionate about massage and delivering excellent customer service
• Be willing to travel to appointments with a massage table
• Hold valid, up-to-date insurance
• Be able to speak and understand English

You’ll also need a smartphone to use the Urban Pro app - an iPhone 6s or newer, or a recent Android device will work just fine.

All applications will be reviewed in line with current supply and demand, ensuring our onboarding aligns with market needs across specialities and regions.
