- THIS ROLE INVOLVES WORKING A FOUR WEEK ROLLING ROTA WHICH COVERS DAYS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, SLEEP INS AND BANK HOLIDAYS - ADDITIONAL £55 ENHANCEMENT PAID FOR SLEEP INS ADDING £1320 PER ANNUM FOR 2 X SLEEP IN SHIFTS PER MONTH (average two per month)
- NO PERSONAL CARE INVOLVED
- PERMANENT CONTRACT
37.5 Hours per week - £22826.31 plus £1066.65 (recruitment & retention allowance) = £23892.96 per annum
NIHCSS are a recovery based service supporting people over the age of 18 with severe mental health issues. You will be supporting clients in the community in Norwich & South Norfolk and in our supported living service, Vanguard Court, based in Norwich NR2

JOB DESCRIPTION
- As a mental health recovery worker, you will support individuals to engage in the service and to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual key work, targeted recovery outcome focused interventions and person centred planning
- You will provide support utilising your fully flexible and personalised approach and act as a support navigator to make creative use of the resources available
- As a mental health recovery worker, you will empower individuals to exercise choice and control and work alongside people to develop and review robust assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans.
