What will you be doing?
You'll be responsible for setting and delivering the regional commercial strategy, ensuring effective governance, managing risk and maximising performance across our project portfolio.
You'll:
- Support and inspire the regional commercial team, creating an environment where people can develop and thrive.
- Provide strategic commercial guidance to the Regional Managing Director and wider leadership team.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability while effectively managing risk.
- Support work-winning activities, commercial strategy and contract negotiations.
- Foster strong collaboration between commercial, operational and bid teams.
- Ensure robust governance, reporting and compliance across the region.
- Help shape the future of commercial excellence within Wates Residential.
