Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. We work on large scale distributed systems, processing almost 3 trillion events per day and this traffic is growing daily. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We're proud to work for a mission-driven company leveraging AI to transform the way we work. CrowdStrikers drive their careers through flexibility and autonomy while also being expected to contribute to a culture of responsible AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation. We use an AI-first mindset as a force multiplier to proactively and continuously accelerate execution, build expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex problems. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.
About the Role:
Protecting Those Who Protect Us
As adversaries increasingly target the UK's critical national infrastructure and defence capabilities, CrowdStrike stands at the forefront of defending our nation's most sensitive operations. We're seeking an exceptional sales leader who can deliver mission critical capability into UK Defence and National Security.
You will lead CrowdStrike's strategic engagement with UK Defence and National Security clients during a pivotal period of national cyber transformation. You'll be responsible for driving complex, high-value opportunities across MOD, the Intelligence Community and critical CNI sectors—positioning CrowdStrike's AI-native XDR platform as the cornerstone of the UK's cyber defence posture.
This role demands someone who understands the unique challenges outlined in the UK Government Cyber Action Plan, the imperatives of the Strategic Defence and Security Review, and the investment priorities within the Defence Investment Plan. You'll translate these national priorities into tangible security outcomes using CrowdStrike's battle tested capabilities.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Account Leadership
-
Own and expand relationships within 10-15 strategic Defence and National Security accounts, including MOD, Intelligence agencies, CNI.
-
Build multi-year account strategies aligned to departmental cyber roadmaps, capability development programmes, and procurement cycles
-
Navigate complex stakeholder environments including SROs, CISOs, CTOs, and military leadership up to 2*/equivalent grade
Mission-Focused Selling
-
Articulate how CrowdStrike's Threat Graph, elite adversary intelligence, and sub-second response capabilities defend against APT groups actively targeting UK national security
-
Position our platform within the context of NCSC guidance, Defence Cyber Strategy, and compliance mandates.
-
Demonstrate understanding of classification levels, accreditation requirements, and sovereign deployment models.
Pipeline Excellence & Forecasting
-
Build and manage a robust pipeline through strategic opportunity identification
-
Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of government procurement
-
Deliver accurate forecasting in alignment with fiscal year and departmental budget cycles
Ecosystem Orchestration
-
Lead virtual teams including Solutions Engineers, Threat Intelligence briefers, technology specialists, Public Sector policy experts, and C-suite executives
-
Collaborate with strategic partners and systems integrators embedded in defence programmes
-
Coordinate with our Government Affairs team on policy alignment and strategic initiatives
What You'll Need:
Essential Experience
-
Proven track record selling enterprise cybersecurity or mission-critical technology into UK Defence/Intelligence/National Security sectors
-
Active security clearance (SC minimum; DV highly desirable) or eligibility for immediate sponsorship
-
Deep network across MOD, Intelligence Community, critical CNI security leadership
-
Demonstrable success navigating government procurement frameworks and complex approval chains
-
Technical fluency in cybersecurity domains: EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, incident response, cloud security
Critical Capabilities
-
Ability to engage credibly with military/intelligence leadership on operational security challenges and threat landscapes
-
Understanding of defence acquisition processes, capability development, and through-life support models
-
Experience selling into programmes of record or influencing long-term capability roadmaps
-
Track record of quota attainment in complex, relationship-driven environments
-
Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical capabilities into mission outcomes
What Sets You Apart:
-
Former military, intelligence, or government cyber experience
-
Existing relationships with key decision-makers across the Defence and National Security community
-
Understanding of geopolitical threat landscape and adversary TTPs targeting UK interests
-
Experience with classified briefings and operating in secure environments
Why This Role Matters:
The threats facing UK national security have never been more sophisticated or persistent. From state-sponsored espionage to ransomware attacks on critical infrastructure, the adversaries are relentless. CrowdStrike stops breaches, protecting operations, personnel, and national interests.
You'll work with clients who own the risk. Your success directly contributes to national resilience, and where CrowdStrike's mission to stop breaches aligns perfectly with the mission to defend the realm.
Join us in protecting those who protect us.
