Registered Care Home Manager - Lead with Passion, Supported by Experts

Are you a dedicated Registered Manager looking for a role where you can truly focus on the people in your care, rather than being buried in admin? At Community Therapeutic Services, we've built a strong support system around you - our in-house HR, Finance & Therapeutic Teams (including a Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Psychologists, and a PBM Specialist Trainer) handle the heavy lifting, so you can spend more time making a real impact.

What are we looking for in a Registered Manager?

We need a compassionate, experienced leader with:

  • At least three years' experience as a Registered Manager
  • A strong background working with adults with complex needs.
  • The drive to create a positive, person-centered environment where individuals can truly thrive.
  • Has experience of managing, leading, and developing a staff team.
  • Is adaptable, flexible and conscientious with strong communication skills.
  • Has a strong understanding of current legislation and CQC requirements.
  • Is open to continuing their own professional development.
