Registered Manager (Home Care)
Crawley , West Sussex
£42,000 to £45,000 per annum plus incentive and referral payments

Who we are looking for

· We’re looking for an experienced, ambitious and energetic Registered Manager to lead and grow an established Home Care company in Crawley.

What you will do

  • Lead with warmth and clarity, creating a high-performing, values-driven team where everyone feels supported and able to thrive, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure every customer receives outstanding care, from regular visits to respite and Live-in services – focusing on quality, safety, and consistency.
  • Maintain full regulatory compliance across our services and reacting swiftly to improvements when needed.
  • Build strong relationships across our community, including healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs and partners, to grow your customer base and strengthen our reputation as a go to company.
  • Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and service delivery.
  • Developing and expanding the client base within the local community
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining high-performing care teams
  • Ensuring outstanding standards of care and full regulatory compliance
  • Building strong relationships with service users, families, commissioners and stakeholders
  • Monitoring KPIs and creating strategies to achieve branch targets
  • Manage care planning, assessments, reviews, and risk management.
  • Drive recruitment, retention, training, and staff development.
  • Ensure efficient rota management and service delivery.
  • Handle complaints, safeguarding concerns, and quality assurance processes professionally and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and fundamental standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience as a Care Manager, Registered Manager, or similar senior leadership role within domiciliary care
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, standards and compliance best practice
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Experience managing care staff performance, recruitment, and development
  • Ability to manage service growth and operational performance
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care services
  • Confidence using data systems and technology
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
