Job Overview

As a CQC Registered Manager of a 45-bed elderly care home, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of safe, person-centred care, supporting residents and colleagues in a care home or other care setting. You will guide the team to uphold dignity, wellbeing and consistent standards across care.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise care staff, setting clear expectations and supporting effective teamwork.
  • Oversee care plans, medication administration and the delivery of senior, dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
  • Monitor care quality, address concerns promptly and maintain clear records in line with relevant requirements.
  • Your impact: thoughtful oversight helps residents receive consistent care that reflects their needs and supports their wellbeing.

Skills

Required: Practical management, leadership and supervising capabilities to guide staff, oversee care plans and support safe care delivery. Preferred: Assisted living, nursing home, care home or home care experience, alongside nursing, senior care, dementia care, Alzheimer’s care or medication administration knowledge. These strengths can help you support residents and colleagues across varied care needs.

Pay: £55,100.00-£60,000.00 per year
