Role: Remote Senior Sales Closer (Executive-Level Consultative Sales, Zoom-Based) WFH.

We offer some of the highest levels of commission for sales roles in the UK.

Must be highly confident pitching and closing face-to-face over Zoom with C-suite executives.

We are not looking for bookers, we are looking for experienced closers only.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Closer to take the lead on high-value Zoom meetings with C-suite professionals, demonstrate the value of our solution, and close new business. This is a senior consultative sales role ideal for someone with proven closing experience, credibility in front of senior stakeholders, and the drive to consistently exceed revenue targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead executive-level Zoom meetings with senior decision-makers and C-suite professionals
  • Deliver compelling pitches that clearly articulate value, ROI, and commercial impact
  • Control the full sales cycle from initial meeting through to closing agreements
  • Qualify and negotiate with precision, converting warm leads and inbound demand into revenue
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and strategy team to maximise conversion rates
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot and report on progress against targets
  • Represent the GetBoardwise brand at the highest professional standard across Zoom, LinkedIn, email, and beyond

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ proven experience closing consultative, high-value B2B sales
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets (£20K+ deal sizes an advantage)
  • Exceptional confidence and credibility when presenting to C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Professional, structured, and results-driven with high resilience under pressure
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and digital sales channels (LinkedIn, email)
  • Quiet, professional remote setup with fast internet and excellent Zoom presence
  • Always Zoom-ready: smart, polished, and able to command authority on camera

What You’ll Get

  • £30,000 – £35,000 base salary depending on your closing experience
  • Uncapped commission – OTE £100,000+ (top performers £140,000+)
