What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support across all business functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
  • Managing reception activities, including answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Maintaining and updating training records; coordinate employee training and development as required.
  • Supporting HR administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Assisting with internal communications, such as company announcements and newsletters, to keep all staff informed.
  • Liaising with marketing, IT, customers, and suppliers to facilitate smooth business operations and ensure all required documentation is managed effectively.
  • Booking and coordinating tanker periodical inspections with third-party suppliers as needed.
  • Overseeing scheduled maintenance and facilities management, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Supporting procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and maintaining accurate records of purchases.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation (e.g., GDPR, health & safety).
  • Supporting business reporting, improvement, and innovation initiatives as directed by the Head of Finance.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Head of Finance and other departments as required.
  • Acting as a liaison between IT support and internal teams, assisting remote technicians with on-site tasks when necessary.

Please note, ideally, you would have had previous experience in a similar role or as an Administrator and you have to have an understanding of data protection legislation due to the nature of the assignments. This is a full time office based role.
