FIND is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a national training provider for a Network Relationship Advisor to support the growth of apprenticeship opportunities across the HGV and commercial vehicle sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with businesses, building relationships and working in a target-driven environment. You'll proactively engage employers across a well-established commercial vehicle network, identifying current and future recruitment needs and converting opportunities into live apprenticeship vacancies.
You don't necessarily need previous apprenticeship experience ,candidates from telesales, recruitment, employer engagement, account management, customer success or business development backgrounds will also be considered.
The Role
As a Network Relationship Advisor, you'll play a key role in growing apprenticeship recruitment across the HGV and commercial vehicle network.

The Role

- Proactively engaging HGV dealers, service centres, workshops and commercial vehicle employers to identify apprenticeship opportunities.
- Conducting high-volume outbound calls and follow-up activity to generate meaningful employer conversations.
- Building strong, credible relationships with key contacts including Dealer Principals, Aftersales Managers, Service Managers, Workshop Managers, HR and L&D teams.
- Identifying employers who are not currently recruiting apprentices and promoting the benefits of apprenticeship programmes.
- Understanding employers' workforce and recruitment needs and matching these with suitable apprenticeship solutions.
- Generating new apprenticeship vacancies across technical and non-technical programmes.
- Managing and progressing a pipeline of leads and prospective vacancies.
- Following up opportunities proactively to maximise conversion into live apprenticeship vacancies.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records of calls, engagement activity, opportunities and outcomes.
- Sharing market intelligence, employer feedback and recruitment trends with the wider team.
- Supporting targeted employer engagement campaigns and initiatives.
- Working closely with internal recruitment, operations, business development and marketing teams to support successful apprentice starts.

- Strong questioning and listening skills, with the ability to understand employer needs.
- Experience managing leads, opportunities or a sales pipeline.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- Experience using CRM or customer management systems.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
