  • Follow safeguarding guidance to keep young people safe

  • Work with colleagues across the wider therapy team to deliver joined-up care

  • Deliver one-off assessments, wellbeing support or group sessions where needed

  • Help improve how we support our customers and colleagues

  • A doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (accredited by the British Psychological Society)

  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

  • Experience working with children and young people aged 11-17

  • At least 1 year post-qualification experience

  • Confident in delivering therapy remotely

You'll also bring:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different ages and needs

  • A caring, calm and professional approach

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your own caseload

  • Confidence working independently, while staying connected with a wider team

  • Experience using IT systems and managing patient records

  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development

Desirable:

  • Experience in corporate or private healthcare settings
