NETbuilder Technical Trainer
We are looking for smart, ambitious, and inquisitive people to join NETbuilder’s Training Team as a Technical Trainer to start as soon as able.

About the Role
As a member of the NETbuilder training team, you'll play a crucial role in sculpting the next generation of technical professionals. This isn't just any teaching role – it's a chance to be at the forefront of technological education, designing and delivering courses that are as engaging as they are informative. But that's not all; as you impart knowledge, you'll also be on a path of continuous personal and professional development, exploring new technologies and methodologies that will enhance your skills and the learning experience of your students.
Responsibilities
- Devise technical training programs according to organisational requirements
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Salary and benefits
- Starting salary of £30,000 + 10% annual discretionary bonus
- 22 days’ holiday plus eight bank holidays with an extra day added for each year you work with us

What we are looking for
- We’re looking for individuals with a strong passion and aptitude for technology and education.
- A Computer Science or related degree with a 2:1 and above
Beneficial qualities
Candidates with these qualities are especially desirable, though they are not required.
- Multilingual.
- Teaching or training experience.
- Interest in Cyber Security, Observability, Infrastructure or related areas of technology.
