Full job description
Job Title: Speech and Language Therapists
Location: Remote
Pay: £28 per hour
Hours: Part-time
Contract: Flexible daytime hours
About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to support children and young people with a range of communication needs.
You will work with learners experiencing Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and medical conditions, delivering tailored therapy to help them achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out speech, language, and swallowing assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy programmes
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve communication skills
- Provide guidance and training to families, carers, and staff
- Work collaboratively with teachers, clinicians, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Who We're Looking For:
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches
- Experience supporting students with additional needs (SEN/SLCN/SEMH)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
