Note: This role is non-remunerated and open to currently enrolled students or recent graduates.

About Us:

Blackmont Consulting is a student-led organization focused on providing structured international consulting project experience for students and recent graduates.

At Blackmont, teams perform analytical project work to support organizations in improving decision-making, operational performance, and business outcomes.

Our international team collaborates across projects to deliver practical, structured recommendations from initial analysis through implementation planning.

Key Duties Include:

  • Conducting the recruitment process for business consultants through LinkedIn and approved channels.
  • Maintaining an updated Excel record of candidate contacts and status details.
  • Attending weekly coordination meetings with the Branch Manager.
