Recruitment Consultant – LTek Recruitment
Fully Remote (UK-Based)
Salary up to £35,000 + Uncapped Commission
LTek Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking to appoint an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team.
This is a fully work-from-home position, offering genuine flexibility and autonomy for experienced consultants who want to focus on billing without the distractions of a traditional office environment.
We operate predominantly within the Engineering sectors, supporting a range of specialist clients across the UK. Experience within Engineering recruitment would be advantageous, but it is not essential. We are open to consultants from other sectors who can demonstrate strong recruitment fundamentals, commercial awareness and a consistent billing track record.
The Opportunity
This is a 360 recruitment role with full ownership of your desk. You will be responsible for:
- Business development and client acquisition
- Managing and growing existing client relationships
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
- Negotiating fees and managing offers
- Building a specialist market within your chosen vertical
We are looking for individuals who are confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle and who are motivated by performance, progression and earning potential.
What We Offer
- Basic salary up to £32,000 (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential

- 25 days’ annual leave + your birthday off
- Clear and structured 3-month probation target, with a salary increase available upon successful completion
