Full-time - Milton Keynes/Hybrid

Head of Internal TA - Supporting a small but seriously high-performing headhunting firm, you'll be critical in us unlocking high performance at scale.

We’re a founder-led high-performing recruiting firm operating at the sharp end of a complex investment management market with average fees in excess of $200,000

We have a proven model for taking people from zero to billing $500k+ in year one; we can win big. Now we’re hiring for someone to build the machine that lets us win often.

To do that, we’re hiring someone to own our internal talent function end-to-end.

This is not a traditional TA role.

Your job is to:

  • Find recruiters who’ve hit artificial ceilings
  • Filter out anyone optimising for comfort
  • Turn our story, platform, and trajectory into a talent magnet and brand.
  • Protect the standards that make the firm valuable

You'll need to:

  • Headhunt to source.
  • Build both inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Vet candidates on potential, not just record.
  • Live and breathe a high accountability and performance culture.
  • Be energised by a challenge.

You’ll work directly with the founder and senior team.

You’ll influence who becomes a future equity holder and who has access to multi-6-figure earnings.

You’ll be measured on quality, not volume.

Pay: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
